With room for up to 4 guests, this 65 m² holiday home is a comfortable base for couples or families looking to spend time near the beach and dunes. Originally dating from 1976, the property underwent renovations in 2026, bringing updated facilities to its traditional Danish holiday-home character.

Guests arriving by electric car can charge directly at the property. Please remember to bring your own charging cable.

Cosy living spaces and practical facilities

The heart of the house is the combined kitchen and living area, creating an inviting space where everyone can spend time together. Rustic brick details and white-painted ceiling beams add character, while the wood-burning stove is ideal for creating a warm atmosphere after a day outdoors.

For additional comfort, the house is fitted with an energy-efficient air-to-air heat pump. The kitchen includes a dishwasher as well as a separate 40-litre freezer, making it easy to prepare meals throughout your stay. When it is time to relax, Chromecast lets you stream your favourite films, series and other entertainment directly to the TV.

There are 2 bedrooms: 1 furnished with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds. An extra sleeping place is available in the loft when required. The bathroom benefits from underfloor heating, and both a washing machine and tumble dryer are available in the house.

Plenty of outdoor space for relaxing and playing

Sundhuse 24 stands on a generous 2,029 m² lawn, providing lots of space for children to play or for the whole family to enjoy outdoor games.

On sunny days, the open terrace is a lovely place to settle down on the garden furniture and enjoy meals outside. A gas barbecue is provided for easy summer dinners in the fresh air.

Children can also enjoy the swing in the garden, while a separate storage shed provides useful space for keeping personal belongings during your stay.
