Experience the charm of a classic house from 1913 in Stadil, which was modernized in 2020 and designed for a relaxing holiday for up to 4 people. Here you will live in an apartment with soul and history, where modern comfort meets the calm atmosphere that makes it easy to relax and enjoy your holiday from the first moment.

The apartment is peacefully located with a good distance to both everyday necessities and experiences: restaurants are located approx. 5 km away, the North Sea is about 5.5 km from the house, and shopping can be done after approx. 6 km. The area invites you to excursions, bike rides and quiet moments in nature, while the rural location gives you space to breathe deeply and enjoy your holiday at your own pace.

Inside, 135 square meters of well-appointed accommodation with three bedrooms awaits, so both families and small groups have a good setting. The bedroom with a double bed provides a quiet base for the couple or parents, while the two other rooms with single beds are ideal for children or friends. The living room is bright and inviting, and the kitchen is fully equipped with an induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge, 60-litre freezer, dishwasher and coffee machine - perfect for both quick breakfasts and cozy dinners at the table. The bathroom has underfloor heating and a shower, so the day can start comfortably even on cool mornings.

Outside you will find a shared terrace with a barbecue, where summer meals can be enjoyed under the open sky, on the 672 square metre plot. Here there is space to relax with a cup of coffee in the morning or gather the family for long evenings outdoors. The car can be conveniently parked at the house, and the key box at the house makes arrival simple and flexible - an added advantage for those who want an easy start to their holiday.

Practical details have been well thought out with wireless internet, Danish TV, German TV, Chromecast, washing machine, dryer and smoke alarm. Pets are allowed, so the four-legged member of the family can also come on holiday. This home is perfect for couples, small families or friends who want a charming stay with plenty of comfort, plenty of space and a relaxed atmosphere.
