Cozy and nicely furnished summer house for 5 sleeps, located on scenic land close to forest and cycle path, approx. 900 meters from the beach.

The house contains: New entrance area with plenty of space for the wardrobe and combined washing/drying machine. From the entrance area you enter the living room of the house. Well-stocked kitchen that includes a fridge/freezer, stove with oven and ceramic hob, hood, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is in an open connection to a cozy living room, which is furnished with a dining area, a wood-burning stove and a cozy corner with sofas.

There is television with satellite dish (danish programmes, various German channels and TV-Syd (danish program) as well as Chromecast), wireless internet and bluetooth speakers.

In the house there are 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B. New bathroom with shower/wc. Heat pump.

From the comfortably furnished living room, there is access to an unobstructed south-facing terrace, where the sun can be enjoyed all day long, as well as a large garden with lawn and swings.

Dogs and smoking are not allowed. Year of construction 1981. Partially renovated 2021.
