Wonderful pool house on lovely natural grounds
Great pool house for 8 people, approx. 1,100 meters from the beach. Located on a lovely natural plot close to woodland and the lake at Jafdalvej. View from the terrace to the scenic lake. The house is located on a cul-de-sac.

The house contains: Open kitchen with dishwasher and microwave. Bright and friendly living room with wood-burning stove, television, Chrome Cast and satellite dish (DR programmes). Mezzanine with 2 mattresses and television and DVD player. 4 good bedrooms: DB + DB + DB + DB. 2 good bathrooms with shower/wc. Lovely pool area with additional shower/wc, stagnant water spa for 5 people and sauna. The pool is approx. 5 x 3,5 x 1,30 meters ( length x width x depth) . The house has an air to water heat pump for heating the pool to reduce electricity consumption. Washing machine and dryer in connection with the entrance hall. Wireless internet connection. Max. 2 dogs are allowed in the house. Cats are not allowed. Phone for incoming calls.

The house has a lovely partially closed terrace with a view of the lake and meadow. Playground for the house's small guests. Gas grill, where the homeowner makes gas available to the house's guests.

Built in 1989 and continuously renovated over the years.

The plot borders the forest and cycle path towards Filsø and Henne Strand. Near the house there is a large grass field, where wild game often graze. All the glory is located within walking distance to the nearest restaurant and a grocery store. Furthermore, there is a short distance to the city's mini golf course. The nearby forest area offers plenty of opportunities to enjoy the tranquility of the forest on a run or a walk, and throughout the autumn the forest floor offers many edible mushrooms.

At this house, arrival is already possible from 14.00 and departure no later than 10:00 a.m.
