Renovated and incredibly nice summer house for 6 people, with a fantastic location on a natural plot, approx. 1,500 meters from the beach. The area is known for the free-ranging wildlife which can be observed from the house's living room or from the partially closed terrace. The house is renovated and furnished in a modern summer house style in light colors. Incredibly charming and highly recommended.!

The house contains: entrance area that leads into the house's living room. From the entrance there is access to the house's master bathrooms, which feature a new washing arrangement, shower cubicle, wc and a corner spa as well as a sauna. Guest toilet with wc, sink and a washing machine as well as a tumble dryer. The living room is open with a newly renovated kitchen that features a built-in oven, ceramic hob, pull-out hood, dishwasher, microwave and new fridge-freezer and underfloor heating in the kitchen. From the kitchen there is an opening into the dining table section. Newly renovated living room with a cozy sofa corner with a view to the fireplace, radio, Chromecast and smart TV. The large windows in the living room overlook the garden where the area's wild game roams. The house has 3 bedrooms: DB + DB + 2B, each kept in their own color scheme, blue, green and pink. All bedrooms have brand new continental beds. The 2 bedrooms each have 1 double bed and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds. Large, partially enclosed terrace. Swing and sandbox.
