The house includes four cozy bedrooms and a loft that will particularly delight the children. Two bathrooms provide ample space for everyone, and after a day at the beach, you can relax in the sauna or take a dip in the 15 m² indoor pool. For added luxury, there is also a hot tub for four people, where you can let everyday stress melt away.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, you’ll find a large natural plot of 1,328 m² with two terraces. One terrace is 50 m² and fully enclosed, making it ideal for both children and pets. Here, you’ll find garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings with delicious barbecue meals. The children can have fun on the swing and in the sandbox while you relax with a good book or simply enjoy the fresh sea air.
