Here, you can prepare delicious meals while the family enjoys the cozy living room with a wood-burning stove – perfect for cooler evenings. From the living room, you have direct access to the terrace, where you can enjoy your morning coffee in the sunshine. The house includes four cozy bedrooms and a loft that will particularly delight the children. Two bathrooms provide ample space for everyone, and after a day at the beach, you can relax in the sauna or take a dip in the 15 m² indoor pool. For added luxury, there is also a hot tub for four people, where you can let everyday stress melt away.

Enjoy life outside

Outside, you’ll find a large natural plot of 1,328 m² with two terraces. One terrace is 50 m² and fully enclosed, making it ideal for both children and pets. Here, you’ll find garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, perfect for enjoying long summer evenings with delicious barbecue meals. The children can have fun on the swing and in the sandbox while you relax with a good book or simply enjoy the fresh sea air.
