Welcome inside

The new holiday home radiates light, warmth, and holiday charm, and the stylish interior makes it easy to feel at home right away. Copper details appear throughout the house, adding an exclusive and elegant touch that blends beautifully with the bright surroundings. In the living room, the family can gather around the wood-burning stove on cool evenings while the crackling flames and relaxed atmosphere invite long movie nights and cosy conversations on the sofa. The kitchen and living area are connected in an open-plan layout, making it easy to spend time together whether someone is cooking, playing games, or simply enjoying the holiday peace.

When the holiday calls for a little extra entertainment, you can gather in the activity room, where billiards, table tennis, Playstation, board games, and TV provide hours of fun for both children and adults. The house also features two bathrooms with rain showers – the large bathroom includes a double shower and double washbasin – ensuring excellent comfort for the entire holiday group. One of the bathrooms has direct access to the terrace, which is especially wonderful after a trip to the sauna or a warm outdoor shower under the open sky. And the sauna itself is something truly special here – with windows facing the terrace, you can lean back in the warmth and enjoy the view of the cosy outdoor surroundings.

The terrace environment is one of the holiday home’s greatest qualities. The terrace almost wraps all the way around the house, so you can always find a sunny spot or shelter from the west wind. The large enclosed terrace creates a safe and comfortable setting when the family dog joins the holiday and provides excellent space for play, relaxation, and long summer dinners under the open sky. On the covered terrace with patio heater, you can enjoy the fresh sea air from morning until evening – even when the dew falls or a summer shower passes by.

The wellness area elevates the holiday experience to something truly special. After a long walk by the North Sea, you can sink into the warm outdoor spa, feel the calm settle in, and completely relax. If you enjoy a refreshing contrast, you can try the cold-water tub or rinse off under the outdoor shower while the salty sea air mixes with the scent of dunes and holiday surroundings. Here, it is easy to find peace and relaxation – no matter the season.

Get up close to the local attractions

From Strandvænget 6, you are only a short distance from both shopping and the North Sea, making it easy to fill your holiday days with spontaneous beach trips and cosy excursions in the area. A short walk through the peaceful holiday home area brings you to the beach, where the wide sandy shores and roaring waves invite everything from morning swims and sandcastle building to long evening walks along the water’s edge. The sunsets at Vejlby Klit Beach are truly special, and it is hard not to be captivated as the sky turns golden above the sea.

Just about 200 metres from the holiday home lies Vejlby Klit Feriepark, where both children and adults can enjoy mini golf, a put-and-take lake, playgrounds, and other fun holiday activities. The area around Vejlby Klit and Harboøre also offers plenty of nature experiences and charming excursion destinations.

Very close by – only around 50 metres from the holiday home – you will find Victoria Street Station, where you can hop on the local electric train and enjoy a relaxing journey along the west coast. From here, it is ideal to take day trips to places such as Thyborøn or Lemvig and experience harbour environments, shops, restaurants, and local attractions – all without needing a car. This allows you to enjoy your holiday in a more sustainable way while discovering the area from a cosy and relaxed perspective.

The area also offers plenty of experiences in nature – including the large Klosterhede Plantation near Lemvig with beautiful hiking routes, a dog forest, and rich wildlife. In addition, both Lemvig and Thyborøn are nearby, where you will find charming harbour areas, excellent restaurants, and exciting attractions.

Remember that you can always borrow pull wagons, high chairs, and baby cots from us at Vejlby Klit. You can collect them directly from our office and return them when your holiday has come to an end.
