Rent the Sct. Knudsborg situated directly by the water. There is a private beach with good fishing and swimming facilities and a large plot of 2.5 hectares. The house has a large dining room with panoramic views, with place up to 80 guests as well as a large seminar room for 100 guests. If there are more guests for the party, than the 58 people who are allowed to spend the night at Sct. Knudsborg, you will have to pay a party fee of DKK 2,500 (EUR 338). The party fee covers the party room, tables and chairs for the guests.
Next to the dining room is a well-equipped industrial kitchen. Here can you find everything you need to cook. Next to the kitchen is a basement with refrigeration and freezer room, the larder room and the boiler room. From the basement there is also a door to the parking lot. The house has a large hall with reception and 4 guest toilets. There is a total of 24 bedrooms and 22 bathrooms. 4 of the rooms in the "south wing" have direct access to the outdoor swimming pool, which can be used during the period 1/5 - 30/9. There is also a laundry room with two washing machines and two dryers. There is also a “pub” with billiard table, darts, TV, bar and a toilet.
The area
The small holiday homes areas Bro Strand and Varbjerg Strand are between Middelfart and Bogense. In Bro Strand there are a staircase to the beach. Varbjerg offers a small, cozy boat harbor and a lovely child-friendly sandy beach. The village of Brenderup is only 3 km from the area with a local shop, a pizzeria and a bakery. Middelfart is 15 km from the area with a lovely pedestrian street, restaurants and a renovated waterfront. 30 minutes’ drive from the area is Funen's largest city Odense. Here you will find Odense Zoo, H. C. Andersen's House and many exciting museums. Odense has many of pedestrian street with shops for all tastes as well as cafes and restaurants. From the city center it is possible to take a boat trip, a beautiful sailing trip along Odense Canal.
