When the wind is blowing outside, you can light the wood-burning stove and let the warmth spread through the room while the family gathers for a board game, a good film or simply a quiet moment on the sofa. The holiday home’s games console is sure to be a hit with children, teenagers and other keen gamers whenever a little extra entertainment is called for. With two bathrooms, the house is also conveniently arranged when several people are holidaying together, and in one of the bathrooms you can sink into the bathtub and enjoy some extra relaxation. The conservatory provides an additional lovely living space where you can still feel close to the garden and outdoor life. It is the perfect place to retreat with a cup of coffee or a glass of wine when the evening turns cooler and the dew begins to settle outside.

Enjoy life outside

When the weather is at its best, there are plenty of opportunities to move holiday life outdoors. The holiday home has a large enclosed garden and terrace, providing an ideal setting for families with children. While the adults find a sunny spot with a cup of coffee or a cool drink, the children can play on the lawn and get the football out for a match between the goals. The enclosed garden also makes the outdoor areas feel safe and inviting, and on warm summer days the terrace is the obvious gathering place from morning until evening. It only takes a few minutes to walk down towards the dunes, feel the sand beneath your feet and hear the waves rolling onto the shore. Here, your days can be filled with everything from refreshing morning walks and building sandcastles to swimming and enjoying beautiful sunsets over the sea. Local shops are also close by, making it easy to pick up fresh bread for breakfast or the last few ingredients for dinner. The area around Vrist and Vejlby Klit is ideal for cycling, and if you would like to explore even more of West Jutland, you can head to places such as Bovbjerg Lighthouse, the harbour town of Thyborøn or Lemvig with its cosy pedestrian street and harbourfront. In short, this is a wonderful base for beach life, family time and experiences along the West Jutland coast.
