Holstvej - 9492 - Blokhus
Beschrijving
Spread across four buildings, originally the old Møllehus, and situated on a large property at the end of a cul-de-sac, you'll find Møllehuset in Blokhus. The holiday homes are just a stone's throw from the town center, 1 kilometer from the beach, and feature a delightful pool in a separate building. This setup is perfect for multiple families or groups of friends exploring the Danish countryside at its best!
Details About the House:
Møllehuset in Blokhus consists of four buildings, accommodating up to 16 people. One building is dedicated solely to the pool, which includes a large swimming pool, sauna, toilet, and bathroom facilities. This setup is ideal, as it prevents wet areas in the main living spaces. The other three buildings include two houses with their own kitchens and bathrooms, as well as an annex connected to the rear house.
The rear house and annex can be sectioned off with a terrace fence and have their own parking. However, the poolhouse is shared among all three buildings.
The holiday homes are luxury villas, with Møllehuset and its grounds being one of Blokhus’ oldest properties. Following a gentle renovation of the main house in 1999, there is also a two-story house with 112 square meters of modern, elegant living space, fully renovated in 2020/2021. Additionally, there is an insulated annex from 2008. Altogether, the property offers approximately 392 square meters of holiday bliss spread across four buildings and two floors.
The houses are non-smoking, and youth groups are not permitted.
Bed Layout:
Main House 1: 8-10 people = Ground floor: 1 double bed with a bunk bed in the same room, First floor: 1 double bed in 1 room, First floor: 1 three-quarter bed in 1 room & First floor: 2 single beds in 1 room.
Rear house: 4 people = First floor: 1 double bed and 2 single beds in a connected/linked bedroom area.
Annex: 4 people = Ground floor: 4 single beds in 2 rooms.
With its central location, all of Blokhus’ amenities are at your fingertips. If you're in the mood for a drive, visit Løkken or head to Fårup Sommerland. Attractions such as beach outings, Fun Art, shopping, restaurants, concerts, and more are all within walking or biking distance.
Outdoor Area:
The first time we visited Møllehuset, we were greeted by a group of deer in the backyard – a wonderful sight highlighting the natural beauty of Holstvej. Today, there are more homes along the road, but the nature at the end of the street and in the backyard remains unique and secluded.
The property itself spans over 3,000 square meters, offering plenty of space to relax. If that’s not enough, the North Sea and one of Denmark's best beaches are just a short walk away. Driving on the beach is also permitted. Blokhus town provides ample opportunities for shopping, dining, and enjoying cozy activities and scenic trails. The houses feature large outdoor areas and terraces, making them ideal for families traveling together.
